Thank you for shopping with Modular Extrusions, LLC. If you were not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with your return. We will accept returns and give a refund to any parts and pieces returned within 30 days from the date of your delivery.

Please include your receipt with the return. We will apply credit to the original credit card used for the order.

We do have some some considerations to take into account when requesting a return and refund.

  • All items must be shipped to Modular Extrusions, LLC within 15 days of the request date of the Return Goods Authorization.
  • We cannot accept any parts and pieces that do not have proof of purchase.
  • If you purchase your order through a distributor, you must return your order through the same distributor.

Return Process

  1. Call (651) 317-4758 to receive your Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form.
  2. Ship your package to Modular Extrusions, LLC, address below. Make sure to write the RGA number on the shipping label.

     3. Your package must be shipped within 15 days from the date that the Returned Goods Authorization           was issued.

4. A Modular Extrusions, LLC employee will contact you regarding any questions or concerns with                your return.

5. We will determine the credit and it will be applied to original payment method.

Damaged or missing parts must be reported to Modular Extrusions, LLC  within 30 days of delivery by calling (651) 317-4758. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchases are not refundable as part of your return.
